And when you make a reservation request with one of these, it is sent
automatically and immediately sent to that hotel. This means it is the hotel that confirms your reservation directly
back to you. No sleepless nights worrying if the reservation agent has
made all the correct arrangements for your special trip! The hotel
makes the reservation entry themselves according to the specific
instructions you set out on the reservation form. After you submit your request, the hotel(s) will confirm the
arrangements and charges direct to your e-mail address within 48
hours. When you make a reservation at one of the other hotels (again,
clearly marked) which are handled by a 3rd party reservations
system, your reservation request will be answered shortly after by
them, not the hotel. We also may use agents in Thailand for certain
villas (again clearly indicated), where logistics have dictated the villa
owner is best served by using such an agent.
